About This Site (FAQ)

I sent my friend a card and they never got it. Why?

The first thing to do is have your friend check their spam folders. Despite my protests and reconfiguration of the mail server some providers, Yahoo in particular, insist that these cards are spam.

If the card does not turn up in a spam filter I can only suggest trying again.

Who are these people?

I'm not really sure. I know that they are my fathers side of the family and include my grandmother (Gussie), my uncle (Carlton) and maybe a few aunts (Mamie and Katie). Eventually I'll get around to the genealogy aspects, but it won't be any time soon.

Can I really do whatever I want with these cards?

Sure you can. All of the original cards are in the public domain and as far as my work goes I don't care what you do with it. The one thing we do ask is that you share any derivative work. It's only fair.

I have a bunch of cards just like this, what are they worth?

I have no idea. I am not a collector nor am I an expert. I just like the pictures.

Can I buy a card?

Nope. Never. Don't even ask.

However, you can buy reproductions of many cards through our Zazzle store. If there is something you want and don't see, just drop us a line and we'll add it.
